VACUUM & HEAT BENDING FORMING
As an alternative to cutting and assembling plastic, vacuum forming allows parts to be formed as a solid piece without seams. Dekker Design can produce all necessary molds to vacuum from plastic to customer specifications.
HEAT BENDING AND FORMING:
Precision heat bending and forming of thermoplastic sheets and rods to your specifications, up to 75” long and 3/4” thick.

A large selection of plastic materials and supplies is also available directly from Dekker Design. Dekker carries a complete selection of Plexiglas™, Lucite™, Acrylic, Lexan™, Nylon, Teflon and Delrin™ in sheets, rods, tubes and shapes. Dekker will cut material to any size or shape for both wholesale and retail customers.
